Hull City boss Brown faces up to losing Liverpool's summer target Turner

Hull City's hopes of surviving a second season in the Barclays Premier League took a blow with the admission by manager Phil Brown that he will struggle to keep Michael Turner.   The defender was outstanding in Hull's first season in the top flight but Liverpool have tabled a bid for Turner and Brown fears the 25-year-old will want to leave.   Liverpool's offer is believed to be around half of Hull's £12million valuation of the player but Brown said: '(Liverpool boss) Rafa Benitez has an evaluation of Michael and so do we but we are miles apart. 'I would dearly love to keep Michael. I've spoken to him on numerous occasions and when big clubs come calling, a young man's head can be turned. 'Liverpool are one of the top clubs in the country, if not Europe, and Michael is a lad who has come from meagre roots with Brentford. It'll be difficult to keep him but fingers crossed.'
