Hodgson era starts with a win

Roy Hodgson has won his first competitive game as Liverpool manager. Two David Ngog goals, one in each half, gave the Reds a 2-0 win over Macedonian side Rabotnicki in their Europa League 3rd qualifying round first leg game. Two away goals and a clean sheet means Liverpool are clear favourites ahead of the second leg at Anfield next Thursday.
