Gerrard takes his mind off court by signing new two-year deal at Liverpool
Liverpool's Steven Gerrard has signed a two-year extension to his current contract.
The club announced the news today as their captain was due in court to enter a plea on an affray charge.
The 28-year-old had two years to run on his current deal but has committed to the club until 2013.
