Ridiculed for his lack of English, man-management and tactics when Spurs showed him the door and brought in Harry Redknapp, the Spaniard's 10 La Liga games in charge of Real have brought nine wins.  [LNB]Ramos has also made the Spanish media eat their words after they said his Real side sent people to sleep.   [LNB]England manager Fabio Capello, sacked by Real two years ago after winning La Liga, was similarly criticised and said: 'Ramos is a good manager.
