Fernando Torres should join Manchester City, says Carlos Tévez
Fernando Torres has been repeatedly linked with Manchester City this summer, although interest appeared to have cooled, particularly after Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson said the Spain striker was looking forward to returning to training next week.
