Fernando Torres should join Manchester City, says Carlos Tévez

Fernando Torres has been repeatedly linked with Manchester City this summer, although interest appeared to have cooled, particularly after Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson said the Spain striker was looking forward to returning to training next week. [LNB]However, Tévez believes Torres could play a crucial role in helping up their challenge in their quest for a Premier League trophy and that together they could become one of the most threatening partnerships in the top flight.
