Fernando Torres[LNB]FOR all the tumultuous changes that have been made at Anfield in recent months, the two main topics of conversation have never altered.[LNB]While players have come and gone, and a new manager is directing operations from the dugout, pre and post match chatter continues to revolve around the ongoing saga surrounding ownership and the form and fitness of Fernando Torres.[LNB]Following his latest barren game of the season, a miserable 90 minutes in Utrecht, it is the subject of Torres that is currently top of the agenda and many are wondering what to expect from the Spaniard when he takes to the field against Blackpool tomorrow.[LNB]Certainly he looks a shadow of the striker who has broken so many records since arriving at Anfield in 2007 and there were a few incidents on Thursday evening in Stadion Galgenwaard which reinforced the idea that all is currently not well.[LNB] First was the volley in the second half that ended up closer to the roof of the stand than the roof of the net, then came the less than impressive body language before he trudged off the field at the end, frustrated that he had not had an impact.[LNB]But while his failure to hit the target generated more headlines, Jamie Carragher moved swiftly to take the heat off his team-mate; with Liverpool struggling to impose themselves as an attacking force, the captain for the night posed a question of his own - what was Torres supposed to do?
