Britain's three Europa League representatives will today discover who they will face in the knockout stages of the tournament. Liverpool, Manchester City and Rangers will find out who blocks their passage to the last 16.[LNB] 13.00: That wraps things up here, thank you for following.[LNB]12.54: And the last 16:[LNB] Benfica OR Stuttgart v FC Bate OR Paris St GermainBesiktas OR  Dynamo Kiev v Aris OR Manchester CityRubin Kazan OR Twente v Young Boys OR ZenitPAOK OR CSKA Moscow v Sevilla OR PortoLille OR PSV Eindhoven v Rangers OR Sporting LisbonMetalist OR Bayer Leverkusen v Napoli OR VillarrealAnderlecht OR Ajax v Basel OR Spartak MoscowSparta Prague OR Liverpool v Lech Poznan OR Braga[LNB]12.50: Quick recap of the draw, first the last 32:[LNB]Napoli v VillarrealRangers v Sporting LisbonSparta Prague v LiverpoolAnderlecht v AjaxLech Poznan v BragaBesiktas v Dynamo KievBasel v Spartak MoscowYoung Boys v ZenitAris v Manchester CityPAOK v CSKA MoscowSevilla v PortoRubin Kazan v TwenteLille v PSV EindhovenBenfica v StuttgartFC Bate v Paris St GermainMetalist v Bayer Leverkusen[LNB]12.48: For City I can't say the same. They should dispose of Aris but Besiktas and Dynamo Kiev are not easy places to go and win, though Mancini's side may look towards Spurs' impressive win in Turkey back in 2006.[LNB] Turkish delight: Hossam Ghaly scores for Spurs in their 2-0 win at Besiktas[LNB] [LNB]12.47: In fact looking at Liverpool's draw, they should fancy to beat two of any of those three teams they are potentially up against, who knows maybe 2001 is on the cards after all...[LNB] Glory days: Liverpool won the UEFA Cup in 2001 as part of their cup trebleSPO...DOTMUND...Germany[LNB]12.46: For Rangers that is a tough tie and they will do well to progress from that. It could have been a hole lot worse though.[LNB]12.43: The Premier League sides can be fairly happy with that, I would bet they would have take that before the draw.[LNB]12.40: Sparta Prague OR Liverpool v Lech Poznan OR Braga[LNB]12.39: Anderlecht OR Ajax v Basel OR Spartak Moscow[LNB]12.38: Metalist OR Bayer Leverkusen v Napoli OR Villarreal[LNB]12.37: Lille OR PSV Eindhoven v Rangers OR Sporting Lisbon[LNB]12.36: PAOK OR CSKA Moscow v Sevilla OR Porto[LNB]12.35: Rubin Kazan OR Twente v Young Boys OR Zenit [LNB]12.34: Besiktas OR  Dynamo Kiev v Aris OR Manchester City[LNB]12.33: Benfica OR Stuttgart v FC Bate OR Paris St Germain[LNB]12.33: There are no special conditions for this draw don't forget.[LNB]12.30: Metalist v Bayer Leverkusen[LNB]There is our final tie drawn but the last 16 is on the way so stick with us![LNB]12.29: FC Bate v Paris St Germain[LNB]The French side will be pleased with that, they are on course for a league and European double of course.[LNB]12.28: Benfica v Stuttgart[LNB]I can see goals and lost of them there between the 1983 and 1989 finalists.[LNB]12.27: Lille v PSV Eindhoven[LNB]Eindhoven, winners in 1978 will travel to France for the first-leg.[LNB]12.26: Rubin Kazan v Twente [LNB]A Champions league drop-out tie there.[LNB]12.25: Sevilla v Porto[LNB]Juande Ramos won this trophy with the Spanish club in 2006 and 2007 and they have an Iberian derby on their hands.[LNB]12.24: PAOK v CSKA Moscow[LNB]Moscow winners in 2005 of course.[LNB]12.23: Aris v Manchester City[LNB]Atletico Madrid's effective conquerors, face Roberto Mancini's men who will be delighted with that no matter what they say![LNB]12.22: Young Boys v Zenit[LNB]The Swiss side Tottenham dumped out the qualifying stage of the Champions League face the 2009 winners.[LNB]12.21: Basel v Spartak Moscow[LNB]The Swiss side dumped out the Champions League will face the third placed side in Chelsea's Champions League group.[LNB]12.20: Besiktas v Dynamo Kiev[LNB]The Turkish side were quarter-finalists in 2003 and face the 2009 semi-finalists.[LNB]12.19: Lech Poznan v Braga[LNB]The runners-up from Manchester City's group, face the side that dropped out of Arsenal's Champions League group.[LNB]12.18: Anderlecht v Ajax[LNB]The side from Belgium won the tournament in 1983.[LNB]12.17: Sparta Prague v Liverpool[LNB]Prague, quarter-finalists in 1984 face the 2001 winners, not bad that for Roy Hodgson's side.[LNB]12.16: Rangers v Sporting Lisbon[LNB]The 2008 finalists face a tricky tie against the Portugese side.[LNB]12.15: Napoli v Villarreal[LNB]The Naples side won the the tournament in 1989.[LNB]12.14: Here we go, hold on to your hats![LNB]12.13: UEFA just going through the draw procedure, nothing I have not already told you but I will let you know if they do mention anything worth knowing.[LNB]12.11: Former Liverpool and Irish midfielder Ronnie Whelan is out to help do this draw, see the connection?[LNB]12.08: There may be no Wembley incentive that the Champions League sides get, but it's not that much further for the Europa League final this season - just a short trip to the Dublin Arena on the 18 May.[LNB]12.05: UEFA showing highlights of each team in the last 32, some of the commentary clips from the other countries are a joy to behold with their over the top passion, why can't we get them like that?[LNB]12.02: Gianni Infantino is out in Nyon on behalf of UEFA as he repeats much of the stuff he said before the Champions League draw. [LNB] Goal getter: Porto's Falcao (left) is the Europa League's current top scorer with seven goalsFalcao and Hulk scored twice in Porto's 5-0 victory.(AP Photo/Paulo Duarte)[LNB]12.00: If Manchester City do persist with the side that got them through the group stages, they could become the first reserve side ever to win a major European trophy.[LNB]11.57: One interesting factor about Liverpool and Manchester City is what sides they will field at this stage of the competition.[LNB]So far they have sent out a patched up version but will they take the competition more seriously as they progress?[LNB]It's still a major trophy after all.[LNB]11.54: Of course Rangers are a possibility too, but everyone likes a battle of Britain![LNB]The Scottish side will look to avoid those tricky scenarios away to Spartak Moscow and Dynamo Kiev. Paris St Germain are also a danger, the French side are flying in Ligue Un.[LNB]11.51: Time for some worse case scenarios. In my view for the two Premier League sides will look to avoid, Sevilla, Besiktas and Rubin Kazan. Very harsh if they draw any of them.[LNB]I add Napoli to that list as well but that's only a possibility for Manchester City as Liverpool cannot face them in the last 32 having already faced them in their group.[LNB]11.48 You may have noticed I mentioned a path to the quarter-finals in my intro. This is because following the draw for the last 32, the last 16 will also be dealt with.[LNB]Not as complicated as you might think. It's just a case of picking winner of game 'x' against winner of game 'y' in an FA Cup style draw from the hat. Minus Jim Rosenthal of course.[LNB]11.45: It's often mocked for the amount of poor teams in it, but this tournament really comes alive in the last 32.[LNB]There is the potential for some top European ties to be dealt out and it is a far cry from the group stage draw where you find half of the teams you haven't heard of.[LNB]11.42: One glaring omission in this draw is holders Atletico Madrid. They could only finish third in their Europa League group after finishing behind Bayer Leverkusen and Aris...no, i don't know much about the latter either, which just underlines the shock that the Spanish side are out.[LNB]11.39: Probably worth noting the seeded Champions League sides![LNB]Spartak Moscow, Braga, Ajax and Twente are the lucky ones so to speak, while Rangers fall into the un-seeded section along with Rubin Kazan, Basel and Benfica.[LNB]11.36: As group winners, Manchester City and Liverpool are seeded and avoid the likes of Bayer Leverkusen, Ajax and Dynamo Kiev (as well each other) in the last 32.[LNB]That's just the tip of iceberg too, there are some top teams left in this draw.[LNB]11.33: First of all the draw procedure:[LNB]There are two pots, one containing seeded and the other containing un-seeded teams.[LNB]The seeded teams contain all the Europa League group winners and four of the best sides from the Champions League dropouts, therefore the un-seeded side pot contains the Europa League group runners-up and the other four drop-outs from the Champions League.[LNB]The un-seeded sides will be drawn out first for each tie, and will therefore play the first-leg at home. That means Manchester City and Liverpool will have home advantage going into their respective second-leg matches, more on that in a moment.[LNB]11.30: As the dust settles on the Champions League draw, attention switches to the Europa League where Liverpool, Manchester City and Rangers will all find out their potential paths to the quarter-finals in Nyon.[LNB] Waiting game: Liverpool's Fernando Torres, Manchester City's Yaya Toure and Rangers' Kenny Miller[LNB] Juventus 1 Manchester City 1: Jo's late show puts Mancini's men on topLiverpool 0 Utrecht 0: Cole fails to spark as Reds' reserves are held[LNB]  Explore more:People: Fernando Torres, Roy Hodgson, Roberto Mancini, Juande Ramos Places: Prague, Moscow, Liverpool, Lisbon, France, Belgium, Turkey
