Elia begins to attract interest

The agent of Hamburg winger Eljero Elia has confirmed that there is interest in his client from a number of clubs, including Liverpool.
The 22-year-old Netherlands international only moved to Germany in the summer, but has made a good impression since his big-money switch from FC Twente.
Elia's agent, Klauss Vink, commented: "There are a few English clubs sniffing around, but he has only recently moved to Germany and is happy at Hamburg and playing very well.
"It is true when he does decide to move he would prefer his next move to be to English football, to a top club.
"There is big interest from Liverpool, but there are no concrete offers, just rumours."
