DIC's takeover bid rejected

Reports suggest Liverpool co-owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett have rejected Dubai International Capital's bid for the club.
The Associated Press has learned that DIC's £400million offer for the Reds was immediately turned down by the American duo.
Earlier on Tuesday, DIC were believed to have given the Liverpool co-owners 24 hours to accept their offer, although that claim was later denied.
Hicks is keen to retain his 50 per cent share in the club while Gillett is reportedly willing to sell his stake.
DIC chief executive Sameer al-Ansari had earlier said that Hicks and Gillett had "come out of dreamland" over their valuations of the Premier League club.
He had previously said: "It's no secret that we've been in discussions with the current owners. It's not easy because the owners are in dreamland about valuations at the moment."
It has also been reported that Hicks has been trying to raise the capital necessary to buy out his partner, although he has described such speculation as "premature".
