Danny Wilson relishing Liverpool debut

Danny Wilson is desperate to get his Liverpool career off and running when Northampton visit Anfield on Wednesday night. [LNB]The teenage defender signed from Scottish champions Rangers in the summer and could be in line to make his Reds debut in the Carling Cup third-round clash. [LNB]Wilson said: 'To start a game for the first time would be special and I just hope the manager thinks I am ready. If not I will work even harder to try and make it happen.
