Craig Bellamy is a danger to John Terry, says Martin Keown

Craig Bellamy is just the type of player John Terry struggles against because he is so fast, and the public spat between the pair after the Wayne Bridge debacle will add to the spice between the two on Saturday. [LNB]Although Bellamy will not start down the middle, the Wales striker will surely get on Terry's shoulder as much as possible and try to get in behind the central defenders because, if the ball is not won early, he will outrun them. [LNB] Falling out: Craig Bellamy and John Terry clash[LNB]Terry's greatest strength is that his decision-making is so good. He can deal with problems quickly and effectively but his timing has to be even better against fast players and we have seen him struggle for Chelsea against Gareth Bale and Jermain Defoe in the past.[LNB] Terry's problem is that, if he does not win the ball straight away, he does not recover well. You rarely see it happen because his decision-making is so good in the first place. [LNB]More freedom: Cole should be allowed to roam forward [LNB]Bellamy will want to embarrass Terry and he will be in his ear all game. He is one of the mouthiest players I faced but feels he needs to be to play at his best. [LNB]Terry must keep his head and play with class and not clatter into rash challenges because he is wound up. That is what Bellamy wants. Terry should just concentrate on beating him to the ball.[LNB]Free up Cole and Johnson I don 't think Fabio Capello gets the best use out of our full backs. Glen Johnson and Ashley Cole are ready made to bomb forward but, especially at the World Cup, it looked like they had been told to hold their position. They didn't attack much and it is such a shame because you can finish teams off with that type of attacking flair.[LNB] I've said before that Ashley Cole is the one England player who would get in the Barcelona team but he is restricted at the moment. Extra numbers down the sides make a difference, so, although I doubt Capello will change his stance, it would be nice to see them given more freedom. [LNB]Variety is key with Carroll Andy Carroll has a fantastic leap and can be important for his country but, if he is involved today, England must be careful not just to lump the ball forward to him at every opportunity. If they do, what is the point of having an in-form Wayne Rooney and Jack Wilshere in the team? [LNB]The play should go through them as much as possible as both look so confident at the moment. That doesn't mean we should ignore Carroll's aerial ability, though - he will be a great weapon at set-pieces and the occasional diagonal ball into him will work well, too. It just mustn't happen all the time. [LNB]P.S You won't want this to happen again, skipper Sticking the boot in: Terry was taken to hospital after being knocked unconscious by Arsenal midfielder Diaby [LNB]This award-winning picture from Sportsmail's Andy Hooper captures the end of John Terry's last visit to Cardiff. He was carried off unconscious after being kicked by Abou Diaby during Chelsea's Carling Cup win over Arsenal in 2007. 'I remember going for the header and then waking up in hospital,' Terry said yesterday. [LNB]  Don't blow it Capello! England boss in corner after Ferdinand rowTime to roar!
