Charlie Adam hands in transfer request
Blackpool's Charlie Adam has handed in a written transfer request, prompting speculation of an imminent move to Liverpool. Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish refused to comment on rumours that the club were looking to sign the Tangerines' winger during the January transfer window. It was believed that Liverpool had a £4m bid for Adam turned down over the weekend, but it now looks likely that he could complete a move to Anfield very soon.
