Carroll set for debut?
Andy Carroll could make his Liverpool debut as early as this weekend. Carroll wasn't expected to recover from his thigh injury until next month, with the Man Utd game on March 6th being mentioned as a possible debut. However, the £30m striker is now training with his team mates at Melwood, albeit not doing any contact training just yet, which has the press speculating that he could feature against West Ham this weekend. That game has probably come to early for Carroll but the fact that he can be considered has proved how ridiculous the 'serious injury scare' stories the press were running only last month were.
