[LNB]Aside from the Wembley date with Manchester United, Tevez will miss Barclays Premier League games against Blackburn and West Ham. [LNB]Mancini said: 'Carlos has a hamstring injury. It is very difficult for Saturday. We have only five days. We will try but we need another two weeks. I don't think he will play. It is very difficult because we also have to think about the other six games.'[LNB] Handy Andy: Carroll celebrates his second goal at Anfield on Monday night [LNB]Dreadful City were thankful to England keeper Joe Hart for keeping the score down after Carroll's double and another from Dirk Kuyt. [LNB]Mancini refused to apportion blame to his players and claimed he was responsible for City's worst defeat since October.[LNB] 'I made a mistake,' said Mancini. 'This is my fault we lost this game. It is important I understand this for the next game. I made mistakes in the last few days. I know why. It was not down to the players. Liverpool played fantastic in the first 20 minutes. We left space for them and they were very aggressive. I brought three fresh players in but probably our focus was not good.[LNB]'But I am not worried. I am sure that we will get to the Champions League and reach the (FA Cup) final.'[LNB] Head in hands: Mancini insists he was to blame for Man City's disappointing defeat at Anfield [LNB]Carroll said: 'It was a great day, getting my first goal and a great result. For my first goal, it dropped nicely and I knew I was going to hit it.' [LNB]Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish called it his most satisfying result since he returned in January and praised 18-year-old debutant right back John Flanagan. [LNB]'He played against an international in (James) Milner and did not look fazed.'
