Canaries close in on Ayala
orwich are looking to push through a deal to sign young Spanish defender Daniel Ayala from Liverpool.[LNB] The 20-year-old centre-back, signed from Sevilla in 2007, is set to leave Anfield in a reported £800,000 deal, and Lambert is hopeful of adding him to his squad.[LNB]"There are things going on at the minute, but we will have to wait and see if it will transpire," Paul Lambert told a news conference ahead of Saturday's Premier League opener at Wigan.[LNB]"It will be probably next week until something happens.[LNB]"We are more or less there and will just see how things go."
