Liverpool's Emre Can scored what could well be the goal of the season at Watford. The overhead kick not only stunned the Vicarage Road crowd, but also the millions of televised viewers around the world.
“I couldn’t do anything else there, because the ball was a little bit behind and I couldn’t head it," he told the club's official site. “I didn’t think too much and then I scored and I think I will never score [a goal like that] again!
“It was the best goal I’ve ever scored. It was an unbelievable goal!
"It was a special goal but I’m very happy that we got the three points, it was the most important [thing].
The three points keeps Liverpool in third place in the Premier League and on course for Champions League qualification.
