Alexander Hleb says he turned down Liverpool and Tottenham before clinching a loan move to Birmingham City.[LNB]The former Arsenal midfielder has joined the Blues on a season-long loan from Barcelona and is delighted to rejoin what he calls 'the most entertaining league in the world'.[LNB]The 29-year-old told Belarus newspaper Pressball: 'There were many offers: Liverpool, Tottenham, Benfica. But it was necessary to carefully consider all the options. With some we were unable to agree terms.'[LNB] On the move?
