Benitez issues form warning

Rafael Benitez has warned his Liverpool players not to be carried away by their impressive start to the season. The Reds have enjoyed their best ever start to a Premier League campaign and have already beaten Manchester United and Everton on their way to second place in the table behind Chelsea on goal difference. But despite confidence being high at Anfield, Benitez has warned against complacency as he looks to mastermind a first title-winning season in almost 20 years. "It's important to send the right messages," he told the club's official website. "We have a long, long way to go. We have to do things properly both now, in one month's time and in three months' time. "We can have a lot of confidence in ourselves but we must keep our feet on the ground. "We were talking about this before, although we can enjoy being at the top of the table. But the players know we must keep going until the end. "You can't win a title now - you can only win it at the end of the season."
