Benitez earns fan backing

Rafael Benitez is set to receive the backing of the club's fans with a march before Liverpool's Champions League showdown with Porto on Wednesday evening.
Several thousand Reds supporters will reportedly show their support for the under-fire Spaniard with a march to Anfield ahead of the vital Group A match.
Benitez's future has been brought into question in recent days following a public spat with the club's American owners over future transfer plans.
Last week co-owner Tom Hicks told Benitez to "quit talking" and concentrate on training the players he currently has at his disposal.
However, despite the off-field distractions, Benitez claims he is totally focused on keeping Liverpool's Champions League campaign alive with a victory over Porto.
"We know what must be done, we must approach the game with confidence and the right mentality," he said.
"We are in good form so we must continue to play in that manner.
"You do not need to say too much to the players before such games, all they need to do is get out on the pitch and hear the supporters. That is enough motivation.
"Porto have been one of the top sides in Europe for years, we must be aware of that.
"And we know Champions League football is always different and something we must be aware of and keep our concentration."
