Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez will be cheering on Manchester City this afternoon after a 3-0 win at West Ham took his team back to the top of the table and kept alive their faint hopes of winning the Premier League.[LNB]Come on City - do it for me: Rafael Benitez wants the blue half of Manchester to win today's derby [LNB]Captain Steven Gerrard scored twice and substitute Ryan Babel hit a late third to put Liverpool level on points with champions Manchester United and ahead of their arch rivals on goal difference, having played two games more.[LNB]But Benitez knows that if United take seven points from their next three matches today's derby against City, Wednesday's visit to Wigan and the home fixture against Arsenal at lunchtime on Saturday Sir Alex Ferguson's club will close out their 18th championship before Liverpool next kick a ball, on Sunday at West Bromwich Albion.
