Babel set for German move
Ryan Babel is to join TSG 1899 Hoffenheim after all. Liverpool agreed a fee of £5.8m for Babel with Hoffenheim a week ago, but the transfer was in doubt as the Dutch international was apparently not keen on a move to the Bundesliga. Babel was rumoured to be hanging on for an offer from Ajax but with that not in the pipeline, he has done a U-turn and agreed to sign for Hoffenheim after all. Babel is now in Germany to agree terms.
