Agger hopeful over fitness

Daniel Agger is hoping his injury problems are behind him. Agger missed most of the early months of the season with a calf injury and has sat out the last two games after picking up a knock on international duty but he is hopeful such problems are now a thing of the past. "Nobody was more frustrated than me with my injuries," said the defender. "I've learnt to live with it now. I've definitely learnt to be happier and enjoy it more when I'm fit because I don't know if my body's not built to play football, or if I'm unlucky, I don't know. "I don't get small injuries, just big ones. "That's the problem which keeps me out for a long time, so maybe it's down to luck. "It depends how good you are to adapt. I was quick, but my body didn't want it and I had too many injuries. "I tried to play with a bad injury and I shouldn't have done that. "But coming from Denmark, there's a lot more challenges in the air here compared to the Danish league. "It was difficult. The first few games you get a shock because you don't have much time on the ball. "You have time to get used to it, but you need to do it quick."
