Sutton warning over relegation

Manager Chris Sutton has warned Lincoln City that they are involved in a relegation battle following their disappointing first half of the season.

The Red Imps have won four of the 12 games since Sutton was appointed as Peter Jackson's successor in September, but they still remain third bottom of the League Two table.

"We are in a relegation battle and the sooner we realise that the better," warned the rookie manager.

"The last few performances have been okay but we need results."
