Peter Jackson has continued his rebuilding job at Lincoln City by snapping up the former Gillingham midfielder Aaron Brown on a one-year contract.
The 28-year-old made only 15 appearances for the Gills as they were relegated from League One last season.
Brown made his name at Bristol City before joining QPR and then Swindon Town. He moved to the Priestfield Stadium last summer.
He has also enjoyed loan spells with Torquay United and Cheltenham Town and knows Red Imps assistant boss Iffy Onuora from their days together at Swindon and Gillingham.
