Kerr voices Imps concern

Lincoln City skipper Scott Kerr has admitted that morale among the Red Imps squad has dipped due to a run of five league games without a win.

City have dropped to 13th place in the League Two table, with Kerr saying that a victory is desperately needed this Friday against Accrington Stanley.

He told the Lincolnshire Echo: "We just a need a win, regardless of how we get it.

"Confidence in the squad is low at the moment, so we just need something to get us going.

"Whether we win a scrappy game 1-0, it doesn't matter, we just need a win to lift morale.

"We need to grind out a result, which we haven't done that much this season."
