Lincoln City boss Peter Jackson was thrilled to see his side move out of the bottom two for the first time since September after recording an impressive 3-1 victory at Stockport County.
Ben Wright grabbed a brace and, after ten-man County had pulled a goal back, Lennell John-Lewis restored the two-goal advantage in the closing stages.
"It was a brilliant team performance," said the former Huddersfield Town chief.
"For a young side to go out there and perform like they did and play the football they did was excellent.
"I'm thrilled for the players, because it was important we started to win games and they've put back-to-back victories together now.
"If I was being a little picky the only thing that disappointed me was that we didn't keep a clean sheet.
"But full credit to the lads because, once we got in front, it was just a question of how many we could score.
"I was also pleased for Ben Wright who took his goals very well indeed."
