Lincoln City boss Peter Jackson was relieved after recording his first win at the helm of the Imps after Saturday's 2-1 success over Notts County.
The former Huddersfield Town manager had been in charge at Sincil Bank for four games before picking up his first three points courtesy of goals from Ben Wright and Lee Frecklington.
"We had to win, but the manner of the win was good - we played some terrific football and I can't praise the players highly enough," he said.
"They didn't let their heads drop and pulled off a tremendous win.
"It's important that we win our home games, especially against teams around us. This is the place which will decide how we do this season."
