The 28-year-old has hit the net just three times in his 34 appearances for Peter Jackson's side, a stark contrast to the 15 goals that he scored last season. And with his contract at Sincil Bank up for renewal at the end of the campaign, the former IK Start forward knows he needs to finish the season well to stand a chance of remaining with the club. "I know I've not been up to scratch this season," he told the Lincolnshire Echo. "I've not been good enough but all I can do is give everything for the last two games. "I do want to stay at the club, but I realise I am facing an uphill battle although I'm not trying to think about that until the end of the season." Meanwhile veteran Lincoln striker Geoff Horsfield has revealed to the Express and Star that his former club West Brom are "very keen" on signing City winger Dany N'Guessan.
