Wright, who joined the League Two club almost a decade ago and became chairman in 2006, is to step down from his position at the end of the season.[LNB]He said: "We are on a sound footing financially and there are firm foundations in place for whoever becomes chairman to build on a football club which is stable unlike others.[LNB]"Everything is in place for a period of massive success and it just remains a matter for the team to produce the goods on the pitch and take us that one step further.[LNB]"I would say to anybody thinking of standing for chairman, and that applies to any outside investors who want to come on board, that it is a wonderful job at a wonderful club."[LNB][LNB]
