Lincoln City manager Steve Tilson has countered claims by Danny Hone's agent Jamie Hart that he is "a better player" after his loan spell at Darlington. The defender's six-month loan with the Quakers is set to end in January. [LNB]But Tilson told BBC Lincolnshire that Hone would still have to prove himself on his return to Sincil Bank. [LNB]"I watched him myself and on the night he didn't do well, but I have to watch him a couple more times before January if possible," he said. [LNB]Tilson added: "It's easy his agent saying he's done this and that, any agent would do that for their client." [LNB]Hone, 21, came through the youth ranks at Sincil Bank and made 65 appearances for the Imps. [LNB]He joined Darlington in July and has played 20 matches for them in the Blue Square Bet Premier. [LNB]Hart had said: "He's been playing in a physically tough league. When he returns I think the Lincoln fans will see a different Danny Hone, a better player who's made progress."
