Shrimps swoop for Anyon
Morecambe have confirmed the loan signing of Lincoln goalkeeper Joe Anyon until April 3.
Regular first-choice stopper Barry Roche sustained a thigh injury in the first half of the Shrimps' victory over Southend on Saturday and boss Sammy McIlroy has moved quickly to sign a replacement.
Former Port Vale stopper Anyon could line up between the posts for Morecambe in Tuesday's npower League Two trip to Bury.
