Jackson hails new signing Fagan
The 20-year-old was released by Manchester United at the end of the 2007/2008 season and instead of turning professional, he joined the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain and becomes the first player from there to sign a permanent contract with a club.
Manager Peter Jackson said: "I said as soon as last season came to a close that I wanted to bring young, talented players into the club and this lad fits that bill perfectly.
"A number of clubs were interested in signing him so he could well be the signing of the summer in terms of potential."
