The club's plight has seen some City supporters call for heavy investment in the squad when the transfer window opens next month.[LNB]The Imps are third from bottom of League Two and just two points above rivals Grimsby, but Dorrian insists Lincoln will not be taking 'big risks' in an attempt to preserve their Football League status.[LNB]"I fully understand the sentiment. Certainly there is something to be said for that but there is not £100,000 available to buy a player," said Dorrian.[LNB]"Effectively we would have to go to the bank to borrow the money if that was the case and that is a big risk. The fans are getting quite concerned but we are pretty confident that we will work our way out of the situation we are in."[LNB][LNB]
