Imps players reject new contracts

The Imps issued new deals to both players along with striker Adrian Patulea but N'Guessan and Beevers turned them down.

Manager Peter Jackson told Radio Lincolnshire: "We made offers to Dany and Lee and they turned our first offer down.

"Players who haven't been spoken to yet will be out to impress to earn a contract for next year as well.

"But we can't really decide which players we're looking for next season until we know which division we'll be in."

Meanwhile, Jackson has admitted he would allow Martin Pembleton to leave after the young midfielder announced he was considering quitting the game.
