Imps defender working on strength

Hone has been out of the Imps side since January after picking up the problem in a clash with Rochdale, but is now back in light training.[LNB]He is targeting a first-team return in the next month but has been using his time away from the training ground to build up his strength.[LNB]He told the Lincolnshire Echo: "I've put on about two kilos in muscle since I've been out.[LNB]"I'm trying to take advantage of my time out by increasing my strength, which is something I needed to work on. I'm really benefiting from it."[LNB][LNB]
