The Peterborough player capped an impressive individual performance and secured a second straight 1-0 victory for Sutton with a clinical second-half penalty on Saturday. Howe revealed that Sutton, a striker of some repute during his playing career at Norwich and Blackburn - and later at Chelsea and Celtic, is helping to develop his all-round game. "He (Sutton) has been giving me a lot of hints and tips on how to play as a striker. That's invaluable and I feel like I've learned a lot from him already," Howe told the Lincolnshire Echo. "He's been telling me I don't need to run around as much as I do because you can get leggy. He wants me to conserve as much energy as I can. "He and (first-team coach) Scott Lindsey have been working tirelessly in the shooting department with me. "I believe in my ability. I feel like I'm a good player and that I'm improving. You should not just want to stay at a certain level and not improve. Otherwise, what's the point of being in the game?"
