Grimes sits it out

Lincoln travel to Crewe without leading scorer Ashley Grimes. In a blow to City`s survival hopes, the 17-goal striker collected his 10th yellow card of the season during the 4-0 home defeat to Gillingham last weekend and will begin a two-match suspension. Having only returned from injury against the Kent club, Grimes will now miss the difficult away games at Gresty Road and against Bury. Either Scott Spencer of Drewe Broughton will replace the on-loan Millwall man. Boss Steve Tilson has options should he wish to make further changes, with Paul Green, Cian Hughton, Jamie Clapham and Tom Kilbey vying for recalls. Following five defeats on the spin, Lincoln are 20th in League Two and five points above the drop zone.
