Fans will release 2,000 balloons at Saturday's clash against Rotherham and 3,000 pieces of red and white paper will be handed out printed with the lyrics to popular City songs.

The move is an attempt to create a better atmosphere for the team and to encourage support for the Imps.

John Roddam, Chairman of the Supporters Trust said, "We are delighted to support this initiative which should hopefully inspire the Imps to three points."

Flags and banners have been added to the Stacey West stand by the self-styled 'Passionistas' group, who have also bought a new drum to help the supporters sing the club to success.
