Brush after leaders

Assistant manager Paul Brush insists Lincoln have to bring in players with leadership qualities. City's 2-1 home defeat to Wycombe on Saturday was their fourth successive loss and saw them slip to the bottom of the Football League. "We've known from the start that this team needs leaders, organisers and voices on the pitch, but they don't come cheap," said Brush. "This team hasn't been used to winning and staying in front and our mentality has got to change. Mentally you have to be able to hang in there and we have to have players that scrap and stand up and tough out games. "We have to get players with the strength of mind and the freshness to not think if they don't get a result 'never mind, there's next week' because we've got too many of those players at this club."
