Lierse have now become the second Belgian first division club to launch an enquiry into allegations of match fixing.
Chairman Leo Theyskens has launched an interior examination with the findings to be passed over to authorities in Brussels.
Bottom club Lierse suffered another loss, this time by Germinal Beerschot on Nov. 5 in what was seen as a surprise result for two teams fighting to move off the foot of the table.
Earlier this month Chinese businessman Zheyun Ye was detained and investigated over suspected match fixing in Belgium.
