Williams keen to add to his options

The O's will kick off 2010 in the League One relegation zone and Williams is looking for reinforcements as he bids to lift them away from the wrong end of the table. "We're always looking to strengthen every area of the squad," said the Welshman. "We're out watching games, looking for players and there are names that come towards us. We have to look at whether they are better than what we have got and if we can afford them. "Along with good character they are the two vital things - they have to improve us and they have to be within our wage budget."
