Goalkeeper Stuart Nelson is being linked with a move to Lincoln City after being released by Leyton Orient.
The 26-year-old former Brentford shot-stopper moved to Brisbane Road last summer and made 33 starts for the O's.
However, he lost his place in the first team at the end of February and failed to make an appearance in the last two months of the season.
A brief statement on the club's official website read: "Having signed for the club last summer, Stuart and his family have failed to settle in the local area and all parties have agreed to terminate the player's contract in order for him to continue his career elsewhere.
"Leyton Orient would like to thank Stuart for his service to the Club during the past season."
