Spence calls for improvement

On-loan Leyton Orient defender Jordan Spence has urged the team to improve their home form - or risk getting sucked further into the relegation dogfight.

The O's have the second-worst home record in the division, winning just four of 17 games at Brisbane Road, leading the West Ham loanee to call for a much-needed improvement.

"You don't have to be a brainbox to work out we haven't won enough games at home," he told the official club website.

"In the last few weeks we've picked up a couple of wins and, with six of our last nine games here, we have to make sure that continues.

"It's going to be important to turn Brisbane Road into a fortress during the run-in, where teams feel anxious to come down to."
