Patulea opts to join O's

Romanian striker Adrian Patulea has penned a two-year contract with Leyton Orient after rejecting the offer of a new deal from Lincoln City.

The 24-year-old scored 11 goals in 33 first-team appearances for the Red Imps after moving from Petrolul Ploiesti to Sincil Bank last summer.

Patulea is Orient's third summer signing following the arrivals of Scott McGleish and Ben Chorley.

He began his career with Rapid Bucharest and also played for Astra Ploiesti before joining Petrolul Ploiesti.
