Leyton Orient have been handed a London derby clash with Brentford in the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.The Bees will travel to Brisbane Road during the week commencing October 4.Orient sank Brighton 2-0 to seal their passage into round two, while Brentford edged past Stevenage.
