Leyton Orient have secured the services of Efe Echanomi after agreeing a new one-year deal with the striker.
The 20-year-old was out of contract in the summer, but returned from 18 months of injury problems to make three appearances towards the end of the O's season.
"He was firing on all cylinders at the end of the season and he will be a good component of our striking department," boss Martin Ling told the club's official website.
"He's got to work hard before the start of pre-season to keep up the fitness levels he's built up."
