The Football Association has fined Leyton Orient £1,500 and warned the League One side as to their future conduct.
The O's had been charged with failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the FA Cup replay defeat at Bristol Rovers.
Martin Ling's side had two men dismissed in the Memorial Stadium clash which ended 3-3 after extra-time before the Pirates progressed in a penalty shoot-out.
Wayne Corden and Jabo Ibehre were sent off, while four other Orient players were booked in the tempestuous clash.
