O's discard six players

Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling has released six players after his side's League One status was preserved for another season.
John Mackie, Shane Tudor, Justin Miller, Donny Barnard, Derek Duncan and Phil Mulryne have all been told their futures lie away from Brisbane Road.
Michael Simpson, who has been out of action since November with a cruciate ligament injury, will train with the O's during pre-season before a decision is made on his future.
Second year scholars Allan Matthews, Jamal Fyfield, Alex Jennings and Lumumba Amena have also been told that they will not be offered professional contracts.
