Orient sign Sunderland's Liddle

Leyton Orient have completed the signing of left-back Michael Liddle on a youth loan from Sunderland.The 21-year-old's stay at Brisbane Road could potentially run until 24 December but either club can cancel the loan at any point after the first month. Liddle has made only one senior appearance for the Black Cats but played 23 times during a loan spell at Carlisle two seasons ago. He will provide cover for injured O's full-back Charlie Daniels.
