    Orient land keeper Nelson

Leyton Orient have completed their fifth capture of the close season after signing former Brentford keeper Stuart Nelson.

Nelson, 25, left the Bees following their relegation to League Two last season and has agreed terms on a two-year contract.

"It's a club that has been chasing me and it's a club that's on the way forward. Ultimately that's what has brought me here," he told the O's official website.

"The fact that it was only a short move across town didn't really have any bearing. It wouldn't have mattered where I went as long as it was the right club to join.

"I didn't want to drop down a division. I believe I'm League One or better and I'll prove that to people this season.

"From what I've heard and from the vibe of the club I've picked up over the last week, I also believe that Orient will be better than League One in a very short space of time."
